I am a consumer with questions regarding an existing lead
Please reach out to us through our contact form. Include the unique reference number which you received in your confirmation email. I have questions regarding an existing rental car reservation
Starting 01.01.25, we have sold our portfolio of travel related services to a new supplier. While there will be no changes to your existing reservations, please note that all inquiries needs to be sent to the new management. How do I submit an invoice to Obsidione?
To submit an invoice, please ensure you have a unique supplier number. You can obtain this by reaching out to your designated account manager. Once you have your supplier number, attach this as the invoice reference and submit your invoice via email to our dedicated invoicing address or as EHF via ELMA. Invoices without supplier SID and SEN will be disregarded in full with the need of being amended.
