Obsidione were founded in 2022 with a goal of helping companies reach their target customers with ease. Up to 60% of outbound sales managers spends their time prospecting instead of closing deals. That's where we come in. Through modern software, we're providing companies with fresh leads - so hot they could be closed in an hour. End customers are able to compare deals from different suppliers, while educating them within the respective area, creating a more educated end customer.
We are now searching for a new Sales Agent to join our Oslo office. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new B2B leads and converting them into long-term customers of our Obsleads platform. You'll also provide expert consultation to existing clients, helping them to see how our easy software can solve their specific business challenges and provide them with kick-ass tips and tricks within sales management and process procedures. Once the deal is closed, your role doesn't end there - you'll maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term relations.

We're looking for a driven individual with proven experience in SaaS or tech sales - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a "hunter"-mentality to every opportunity. You should be proactive, constantly seeking out new leads and relentlessly pursuing the next big win. Stellar communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you'll need to convey the value of our software solutions in a way that resonates with each client's unique needs. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, as you'll be working with a diverse range of clients (and if you happen to speak a third language, consider that a major advantage).
